KCF knows the steps to take for you to build a fitness program that will enable you to reach your goals one workout at a time.
 

Proper Alignment for Optimal Performance

Working out is just that ...work!!  So if you plan to put the work in, then make certain you are doing each exercise correctly. That way you can get the most out of your workout fitness program and prevent unnecessary injuries and soreness that goes along with overtraining and improper movement.
